Course description
Students will Learn the basics of camp cookery to include what to carry and ration for numbers in the party, dry goods and sundries, care of cooking tools in the field, creating cook apparatus off the landscape, small game butchering, fire management, cooking on outdoor stoves, and Cast-Iron cooking in a single pot or pan.
